By registering for, attending, or participating in the Longevity Summit (the “Event”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from registering or attending.
2. Registration & Payment
- All registrations are subject to confirmation.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed.
- Tickets are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable except as expressly stated below.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Event at their discretion.
- In the event of cancellation by the organizers, registered participants will be offered either a full refund or a credit towards a future event.
- Attendee-initiated cancellations are non-refundable.
4. Program & Speakers
- The Event program, speakers, and content are subject to change without prior notice.
- Views expressed by speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of the organizers.
5. Conduct & Participation
- Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner at all times.
- The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe, without refund.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- Participation in the Event is at your own risk.
- The organizers accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during attendance.
- The Event may feature health, wellness, or medical content, but it is provided for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.
7. Intellectual Property & Media
- All Event materials, including presentations, recordings, and documentation, remain the property of the organizers or their respective authors.
- Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use Event content without prior written consent.
- By attending, you grant the organizers permission to photograph, film, or record you and to use such media for promotional purposes.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
- Personal data provided during registration will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- By registering, you consent to the organizers storing and using your data for Event-related communications.
9. Force Majeure
The organizers are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Event is held. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
