The Buck is an independent biomedical research institute pioneering mechanisms of aging to extend healthy years of life. Based in Novato, California, it launched its research program in 1999 and grew into a global leader with centers like the Glenn Center for Biology of Aging and the USC-Buck Nathan Shock Center, spanning senescence, metabolism, and translational trials.
