2. Event Registration and Tickets

All event registrations are subject to availability. By registering for an MLS event, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Ticket prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 60 or more days before the event: full refund minus a processing fee
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event: no refund
• Ticket transfers to another attendee are permitted up to 14 days before the event

MLS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, attendees will be offered a full refund or transfer to the rescheduled date.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of MLS or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

5. Photography and Recording

By attending MLS events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. These materials may be used by MLS for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

6. Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. MLS reserves the right to remove any individual from an event without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, harmful, or in violation of our code of conduct.

MLS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or attendance at our events. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
